Getting your Nintendo DSi repaired is a simple process!... Please feel free to download our Return Form, if your printer is not working then no need to worry, just write the details out for us so that we know who owns the console, what work you require, how we can contact you and most importantly where to send it back to!
Most customers send their consoles by Recorded delivery in a padded envelope, for maximum insurance we suggest using Special Delivery for a few pounds extra. Of course you are also welcome to deliver and collect your console in person! Don't forget to include your details in the envelope when posting!
On arrival with us we will send an email confirming receipt and costs (if we have not already agreed a price with you via email or telephone). Once the repair is complete we will package the DSi ready for postage by your chosen method (Recorded or Special delivery). We will then send you another email requesting payment by Debit / Credit Card, Paypal or Cheque, this email will contain your tracking number which you can you to follow your DSi's progress back to you with the Royal Mail - to visit the Royal Mail tracking site please click here.
Once we have received your payment we will post your Nintendo DSi back to your nominated address, it will require a signature so please arrange for someone to take delivery or have it sent back to a work address. All our consoles are returned via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery unless you specifically request Special Delivery at an extra cost of £3.
All repair work is backed by our 'no-hassle' warranty for one month from the date of posting... we are sure you will be happy with our work but if for some reason you are not then we will do our very best to resolve it for you.
