Q. How long does the repair process take?
A. Usually your console will be on its way back to you within 3 days, for more complicated repairs we ask for 5 days to get the console back to you. We do offer an express service if you are planning a holiday or have a birthday coming up so that you can get your console back that little bit quicker!
